re-arrange mc choice answers #157

Potential feature: move around multiple choice answers (e.g., make what is listed as choice 'C' be choice 'A' and vice versa). Currently the only way to do that is via copy/paste.

Oops actually misread this issue; this is not coming soon but it is a good idea. What is coming soon is automatic randomization of the order of the MC answers.
