Add ability to embed lablets into questions #65

This of course presupposes our permalinkable lablets site.

Could be in any question type.

One use case: In a multipart question, have a lablet in the intro and then have a list of ordered questions using that lablet.

Is there anywhere that we could look to see how to integrate lablets?

This actually depends on us having a lablets.org up and running which it isn't at all right now. That site could maybe be a group project for y'all at the end of the summer.

That's what I thought I visited the website and I was like ...We can't do this if we have no lablets...
