Try to roll ActsAsNumberable and sortable_list into a reusable gem #73

Quadbase, OSC, and the PLS have duplicated code in the form of helper methods and libraries to implement drag and drop sortable lists. Take this code in Quadbase (will be there soon) and roll it into a gem that can be reused.

The code is currently licensed AGPL, but relicense as MIT when making the gem.

Out of both curiosity and some level of need, what exactly does Acts_As_Numberable do?

This is a low priority. You should work on something else. (what about the other issue you were working on?)

Well, trying to see what I can do with my now limited ability. I thought to start off with the easy things, but let me work on something else then.

Yeah, this is probably not so easy.

yeah, well, better try something else then. How about issue 59? Where people who don't have a single workspace can't copy questions.
