Who is allowed to do what? here a proposal:

• normal users: fade in pictures, fils, black- srceen, shutter (startup/ shutdown)
• higher user: change the control object, plug in videos, pictures, effects...
• admin: del and add user...

This sounds good, but the adding and removing user function is controlled by Zikula not by this module.
