avoid the proliferation of directories for different clusters #253

Up to now I have one directory for tupac and one for serafin. I will add two new clusters: capitan and dirac. I am not happy with the proliferation of directories. I think is time to unify everything and encapsulate the differences between the clusters in an executable cofigure file that will polute the environment with the necessary values of some variables.

Those variables are the MACROR_DR_DIRECTORY PARTITION

and some commands like module load cmake module load gcc module load amdblis module load amdlibflame module load gsl

So, I unify everything in the directory slurm.
