problem with the output window #100

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enter help in the command line. It will display the help text
2.Scroll up to see text that is out of sigth.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It is impossible to see the text, the window scroll it back. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Help is a long text, the idea for the output screen is to see messages like: 
"Command executed" "ok" "error xxx".
Help command in macror will display a help screen with "index of commands", 
"search command", etc. functions. The solution is to overload help command for 
macror project in the future.

The problem now is reversed: now the window sroll it upwards...
