Possibly feeding two birds from one scone:

need a static website as user manual for the site
need a website or wiki as developer guide for the site

And maybe also:

generated doco from classes and types?

Eleventy? GitHub Wiki?

Keep moving this back & forth in milestones. Should probably bite the bullet and get it done sooner than later, if only so I have a place to brain dump general thoughts about development principles & guidelines 🤔
