A displacement occurs in the image object of transparency in qgis 3.34 #19

I have a very high spatial resolution image generated from a UAV flight. The coordinate system is EPSG25829. To check its correctness in terms of positioning, I use an XYZ cartographic base with orthophoto from the national cartography organization. The url is http://tms-pnoa-ma.idee.es/1.0.0/pnoa-ma/{z}/{x}/{-y}.jpeg

When I run the plugin on the UAV image, I see how a displacement of about 60m occurs in said image. This happens to me with version 3.34.1 but does not occur with version 3.28. I hope they can find the key to the problem and solve it. Thank you so much.

Same problem here, I test with version 3.28.3 and it work well. I know this plugin has not been updated for a while, but I think its an awesome plugin

I noticed this behaviour as well (just intstalled qgis 'Prizren' with a new class of students) I really love this plugin so I hope it will be updtdated.

I have exactly the same problem. Tested with Prizren 3.34.4 on MacOS Sonoma and Windows 11. It would be great, if anybody could repair this. I know a lot of people who like this MapSwipe plugin

Same Problem here with ubuntu 22.04 and QGIS 3.36.3 :/

Same problem. Fedora 40 QGIS 3.38 Flatpak and QGIS 3.34 RPM. I noticed displaces with shapefiles, haven't tried with rasters yet. Note that displacing gets smaller as I zoom in, and greater as I zoom out. Tried the solution by replacing the swipemap.py and nothing changed.

SOLUTION: Install FelixWurm fork. Works great, except for map rotating which still displaces, as announced under "Current Limitations".

PR #21 works perfect in Ubuntu 22.04 and QGIS version | 3.38.1-Grenoble.
