Glad you like it!
Could you elaborate what you are asking? I think you can open Fountain files straight from Obsidian just by right-clicking the file and selecting Open in default app. Assuming they have .fountain
extension.
(And I suppose the Fountain plugin for Obsidian makes it easy to preview the files. Beat is a bit more forgiving with the syntax, though.)
Im using obsidian, it has a fountain plugin using the fountain.js parser, but it is not updated anymore, So I found your great app, anyway it would be awesome to have it integrated somehow with Obsidian.
One workflow could be to use obsidian to preview the files, and edit them inside beat. Obsidian is GREAT for doing the research of a movie project.
Personally i'm frontend javascript developer, so I just stumbled upon obsidian like 1 week ago and beat 3 days ago, so I'm still just exploring the possibilities.
Thank you very much for beat! the best screenwriting app i've seen in a long time.
