Character extensions are supposed to be case insensitive. #69

According to the Fountain syntax, “ ‘Character Extensions’—the parenthetical notations that follow a character name on the same line—may be in uppercase or lowercase.” The provided example is the following:

MOM (O. S.)
Luke! Come down for supper!

HANS (on the radio)
What was it you said?

However, Beat currently does not recognize character elements with extensions that contain lowercase letters.
