Two UI's Appear After Death #4

When the player dies and respawns, both the gamepad and mouse/keyboard UI's appear on screen simultaneously.

Changed ThirdPersonGameMode to destroy old HUD and make new one when the character respawned. Issue was caused by HUD trying to reference the old character it was attached to, instead of the new one caused by respawning.
