Forbidden #25

When I try load my site it shows this error:

Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have Moodle 3.8.4.

I am also facing this issue. Any word on what might be causing it? I am using Moodle 3.10
