Quiz navigation block shows all questions on 2nd attempt #11

I have Moodle 4.4.2 and while the function still works in the background for skipping questions the quiz navigation block is just showing all grey.

It used to show what the user has to complete but doesn't seem to do that anymore.

It would be best to hide the questions that are no longer ready to attempt.
