I noticed when I turn off the computer before the model has been downloaded which happens to me a lot because I simply forgot, the next time I turn on the laptop the download won't start from the point where it stopped but the progress is still showing the download speed and [downloading] status in the progress bar but it's static and going nowhere. In my model list it shows that same model as downloaded (but it isn't). The only way is to delete it and start over. For me, with fast internet speed that is not an issue but could be for someone else.
