Improve lms get

• Improve the download status readout
• No more progress bar wrapping breakage
• Improve the behavior when a model is already downloaded/already downloaded but not indexed/in the process of being downloaded
• Improve cancel behavior (will ask if want to abort) - also fixed the weird double printing problem caused by inquirer + readline
• Default identifier is used in the hint about loading the model
