Hello, I have two suggestions related to the chat list.
Please consider adding a quick search box to filter list by title, so that one types a few letters and the list updates after user has stopped typing. Sort by date or title.
Also, chat drag & drop between folders would be easier if they were temporarily closed during the drag so as to not have to scroll through every item to reach the target folder.
Try having 50+ chats and the need for this becomes self-evident. The model list already has such a filter.
