Start up of LMStudio ROCm leads to whole PC hanging #65

When starting LM Studio 0.2.28 ROCm version (Windows), my whole PC hangs. I can only force shutdown it. The normal verwikn works fine.

You probably need lots of more information about my PC. Just ask.
