XMLPipeDB is a suite of tools for building relational databases from XML sources with minimal manual processing of the data. While the applicability is general, our motivation was to facilitate the management of biological data from different sources.

The jekyll-converted XMLPipeDB website is now live on http://lmu-bioinformatics.github.io/xmlpipedb/

It is now time to redirect http://xmlpipedb.cs.lmu.edu/ to the new site! So @dondi, whenever you have a chance...

OK, I'll get to this and post when it is ready. Also, if we have fully transitioned to gh-pages, we should also probably look toward deleting the site subdirectory from the master branch, to avoid confusion on which set of source files should be edited.

OK, this is done. Took a little doing because we don't want to redirect the biodb/* sites, but I managed to work that one out too. Give it a shot and see how it looks to you. (note the URL does not always change, but you do go to the new site—when in doubt, mouse over the links on the sidebar to see where they go)

@NAnguiano will check the links.

I went through and checked all the links on the new gh-pages site. I found a few things that need to be fixed, no big deal. However, I can't really test the redirects because I don't actually have a list of URLs that I need to test. Unless these can be provided, I'm not sure how to go about testing this.
