To complete the requirements for her BIOL 367T, @NAnguiano needs to write a report about the work she did this semester.
She will follow the guidelines on the BiolDB 2015 wiki. Briefly, she needs to set up a deliverables page on that wiki with the following:
Report (in Word or PDF format)
PowerPoint
Relevant files (links)
Statement of Work, Assessment of the Project, Reflection (Word/PDF/ or wiki page)
She should leave out the content that is not relevant to what she did (e.g., analysis of microarray data) and put in what she did do (e.g., xsd-to-db, SchemaSpy, etc.).
The deliverables are due by Friday, December 9 at 5:00 PM. She should send an e-mail to @kdahlquist when the materials are posted and ready to evaluate.
