To do:

[x] format sample names as sample_01 instead of Sample01 (in colData and imgData)
[x] format in_tissue as numeric (default from Space Ranger) instead of logical (in spatialCoords)

[x] add molecules assay (formatted as BumpyMatrix) to seqFISH_mouseEmbryo object, after updated SpatialExperiment can be installed in Bioc-devel
