how to create pull request for only one file from forked repository

I have made pull request from fork, but it only gives option for all the changes, is it possible to reject files that are not relevant.

I assume train.csv, test.csv, val.csv files, train, test and val folder in data/miniimagenet/

that is data/miniimagenet/{train}{test}{val}
