when the scout steps on a whole it should say... #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. step on the hole with a scout.

What I expect it to say:

when the scout steps on the "home" it should says "only stompers may land on
enemy units to remove them and only stompers may capture the home to win the
game."

I don't naturally consider the hole a unit because it doesn't move.
It seems unclear to me to say "Only stompers may land on units to remove
them."

We are trying to explain why a scout can't go on a hole so let's tell the user that only stompers can step on a hole.

Getting too long and wordy, though. Maybe just something like changing "enemy
units" to "enemies".

The home actually can move, by the way. Just give it a movement more than 0
when creating a map, usually something very low like 1. I suppose it would
represent digging a new hole or extending it and moving all the mommy bunnies,
heh.

Moving homes, especially slow ones, aren't as powerful as you might think,
because it wastes an entire turn to move it. Sort of like the old Star Control
game on Genesis if you ever played it. You could move your star base that makes
all the units, but it cost all three of your movement tokens for that turn, so
you couldn't move any ships that turn.
