PyPI name `conduct` still in use? #2

Greetings! We at the Center for Open Neuroscience aka CON are preparing to release a tool duct, but duct is already an active project.

I tried to register con-duct, but it was too similar to your project name and failed validation.

@arcbtc, I emailed @eillarra, who said they aren't using the PyPI name anymore, but suggested I should ask you since they aren't part of the organization anymore.
