The link does not seem to work for me. Did you check if there are no errors in the logs?
Hi Kobe,
I have attached the screenshot image of our Torq rebalance screen.
Please let me know if you are able to see the image now?
Thank you.

Hi Kobe,
Here are some images of our node to possibly help to find out wht our Torq rebalancer is not working?

Would it be possible to send this information to Henrik in case You or others are unsure as to why we are experiencing this issue?
We appreciate your assistance with this matter.

So far we can still perform our rebalancing using RTL with 100k sats at 125ppm but really wanted to automate this proceedure if possible?
Thank you.
Could you please try using 100k in Torq too? I'm starting to wonder if 125ppm on 5k just might not be enough?
Hi Kobe,
I am sorry I forgot to mention that we had set it to 45 % and not at zero % like the image screenshot is showing. Will try it at 100k for 125ppm and then let you know.
Is our node set up somehow differently than others that are using torq?
What are the other node runners experiences using torq to automate their rebalancing?
Thank you

We haven't heard anyone complain about the rebalancer not working. I'm using it myself without issues.
Hi Kobe,
That is good to hear, thank you. OK when you are using Torq how does your channels and settings differ from ours? I assume that our settings are not allowing our Torq to work properly to re balance our channels.
Would you say that is a safe assumption?
Thank you.

Hi,
I have been using Torq for a couple of weeks now to perform automated rebalancing and it checks every half an hour but does not appear to do anything.
Can you please shed some light on what I may be doing wrong?

Above I have added a link to the screenshot if that helps at all?
Thank you.
