Update documentation related to JAX #423

The following issues were addressed in this PR:

[x] Closes #422. Updated installation guide on how to install JAX with GPU support
[x] Closes #399. Fixed the bug in main tutorial
[x] Closes #396. Added tutorial on how to use HSSM in Colab

Other updates:

[x] Retrospectively added more items to changelog
[x] Updated Colab instructions in tutorials
[x] Bumped HSSM version
