Create bitcoind integration to use Mastadon for sync #2

Create service keeping Bitcoind synced with Bitcoin blockchain using data tooted by this bot.

Here's script written by @laanwj that creates these images - can be used as an inspiration for decoding.

Idea #8: Stereoscopy Twitter/Mastodon/sth bot

Desc: A Twitter/Mastodon/sth bot posting Bitcoin blocks encoded in images. And A client anyone can run that follows that bot, decodes images into blocks and feeds them to Bitcoind
