Running the lndk binary for forwarding messages only requires v17 of lnd, but making a payment with the cli (and upcoming grpc server) requires changes in v18 (or a custom version of v17 with these specific changes included). cc: @mrfelton

Update the cli documentation to specify this.
Potentially create a fork of lnd v17 with -just- the needed changes from v18 included on top. (IIRC @carlaKC did something like this before when v17 wasn't out yet and lndk required some changes ). v18 is coming out soon, but it will take companies/users some time to fully update to v18 so maybe it would be good to put out a custom branch for those who would like to experiment in the interim. Might be too much of a pain to do this, but perhaps it's worth a try.
