Sunrise/Sunset Feature #131

Set values in the DeviceServer for sunrise and sunset. Use the location to calculate the correct times. Could be a nifty tool for eg homecontrol.

with the last modifications the script should work as an agent for the DeviceServer. must now be tested thoroughly to verify operation.
