Fixes the bug https://github.com/lneuhaus/pyrpl/issues/469 (module 'qtpy.QtCore' has no attribute 'pyqtBoundSignal')
Adds a folder with all notebook examples for the paper to be published.
I checked that all unittests are fine at this stage

--> We need this to be in master to put the proper link in the paper if possible !

Merged it into master @SamuelDeleglise. I also took the opportunity to rename master into main, which is the default now. Should we keep the python3-only branch or rather delete it?

Well, the only problem is that we don't have direct push authorization on main so we somehow need a working branch...
