Startproblems in Script ?? #5

Need Help, .... i search all over but cant find the Problem.

I start the Script with "pip install -r requirements.txt" but then this Some Ideas ? Thanks for help !!

It has nothing to do with this bot. It's your Python or pip not working. You can upgrade the pip, install the packages individually, or change a new python/pip version/environment.
