qlog file #10

Hi, it seems like this build is not generating qlog files? For me, i am using it as server. Please let me know what change is needed for that.

Thanks for reporting this issue. Could you be more specific about how your are using this?

I do see server qlogs in the QUIC interop runner that uses the image built from here https://interop.seemann.io/logs/2023-11-10T16:06/mvfst_quic-go/handshake/server/

I am using it as a server which is connected with a dash client, but inside the docker i am not seeing nay qlog results
