Improve Modelsim task run script to support pre-pnr verifications
Typo fix in the custom cell code generator (Passed Pre-PnR verifications)
Add HDL codes for custom cells
Add include files for the HD cells used by digital I/O cells (to ease the task-run of pre-pnr verifications)
