What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.decompile without problems
2.try to build without changes
3.got lots of errors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
newest apktoo,with newest aapt.exe, 
Miui rom v4,ICS 4.0.3. Galaxy sII

Please provide any additional information below.
I've read whole internet but still no luck with recompile..
can you help me?

Missing MIUI Frameworks. Not an Apktool bug.
