Xperia S Music App Error #318

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Download the apk's (http://knight.slhosting.eu/SemcMusic.rar - I can't post 
here, too big files)
1. Install frameworks, and decomplie the SemcMusic.apk
2. Nothing to edit, only recomplie.
3. Copy back resource.arsc to the original APK
4. Try to run it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The application will be run, like a charm, because i didn't edited anything. 
But I got a Parse error (There is a problem parsing the package) in the phone.
And the two resources.arsc's size are different.
The original apk works.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I tried it a lot of version 1.3.0 to 1.4.3, in Windows and Linux too.
