Bad compiled apk

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.compiling an edited (some png as changed) cm7 theme .apk (zdunes.apk)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A compiled working apk theme

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Apktool v1.4.3 on Mac OS X 10.7.3 but the same problem exist on windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
