按说明设置后不能访问网页 #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 按照说明运行gui.exe,并在IE中设置代理
2. 想访问网页，却出现：
Error response

Error code 403. 

Message: Forbidden. 

Error code explanation: 403 = Request forbidden -- authorization will not 
help.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

请查看您是否忘记了在Fetch server的地址前面加上"http://"。
