Urlfetch的改进建议 #31

英文版的GAE文档比中文的要新，urlfetch函数新增的几个功能如
果加入GAP会很好：
1. 
fetch函数增加了一个可选参数deadline，建议改成最长时间10秒��
�默认5秒）。
2. 
不支持浏览器ranges也没有关系，但建议用一下urlfetch新增的Asy
nchronous
Requests，预先fetch下来多个部分，效率会高一些。
