工作正常，穿越失败，何故？ #98

1. http://qiangci.appspot.com/fetch.py 貌似最繁琐的一步，工作正常
2. 局域网连接，如图设置
3. Gapp2.0，官网下载，proxy.conf 按提示修改完毕。
4. 开启 proxy.exe ，界面如官方教程，提示连接正常。
问题：翻不了那层墙，请看图示。哪位给个正解？
