昨天用了11版，今天看到出12了，
请问12相比11，做了什么改进或更动？

我觉得"随机测试"这个想法真的非常好，
可以分散大家的ip使用集中度。

测的时候可以先随机测试，
然后有测到任何几个成功的话，
再用标准测试把成功的ip附近的0-255都测一遍，
这样就有不少ip可用了。

12 增加了一些不是google公司持有的，而是其他公司代理的ggc 
ip。
