Nothing happens when clicking the question mark right to the logout hyperlink #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Click on the question mark right to "Logout".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to get help. The string "#getFAQ()" is appended to the URL in the 
address bar instead. Nothing else happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WebGoat 5.4, Windows 8.1, Waterfox 34.0

Switch to the version at github.com/webgoat

Logout didn't work due to basic authentication.  That is fixed in WebGoat 6.0
