Problem: SMIO initialization fails sometimes as some SMIOs depend on another to perform its functions, like FMC250M needs to be initialized after FMC_ACTIVE_CLK.
Possible Solution: Use the reconfigure smios command to reinitialize the SMIO after settling down.
