Problem: in normal operation, if the Ethernet switch which an RFFE is connected is power cycled, the connection is lost despite still appearing as normal through the EPICS IOC. All subsequent tries for reconnecting fail. After an RFFE power cycle, a new try for connection succeed and brings the system for normal operation again.
