FreqArray-Mon has NELM different from TuneFrac-Mon #3

FreqArray-Mon PV should be the same size as TuneFrac-Mon PV, but at the moment they have different dimensions (NELM), being 189 and 600 respectively.

Hi @anacso17

Can you try to reproduce the IOC state in which that occurred? Taking a look in the current state shows the PVs with the same value for NELM and NORD

Hi @lerwys , I think, in the ocasion, @aguinanc resolved the problem rebooting the IOC and I could not reproduce the error.
