Changes to the number of sweep points used by the spectrum analyzer (_$(SPECANA)SwePts-RB) do not automatically update FreqArray-Mon and TuneFracArray-Mon subArrays NELM field.

This has been fixed in lnls-dig/rsfsx-epics-ioc@7a5bad697c60cbe621a4d51b0a9029f289a7355d to include a new PV to send monitors from Trace-Mon.NORD and lnls-dig/tune-epics-ioc@e84a4dae2d08c8d9523bdd95e51c70e2c1d91afc to use this new PV

Hi @aguinanc @anacso17 Can you check if it is working now? I've already deployed this version into the control system
