Delete all references to attribute K in quadrupole elements #22

We have abandoned using K for some time now. Despite that all quadrupole elements still have their K attributes set. In order to avoid confusion it is desirable that these attributes be deleted.

have deleted creation of the K parameter in main element creation scripts
adapted a few scripts which were still using K
