The conclusion of this study was: "from this study we can conclude that installing the UVX Apple-II in a low-beta sector of the Sirius storage ring is a viable possibility, given that the linear perturbations can be corrected with small local variations of the quadrupoles and the effect on the dynamic aperture is practically negligible."
