add corrtype argument and staticmethod get_fofb_bpms #199

This branch add the argument corrtype to the initialization methods of the following classes: OrbRespmat and OrbitCorr. Furthermore, a static method to get indexes of fofb's BPMs has been added to the class OrbRespmat.
