Dynamic Aperture Optimization with RCDS #200

Measurement script for the optimization of dynamic aperture with RCDS. The knobs are the sextupole families selected by the user (by default are chosen SDA0, SDB0, SDP0, SFA0, SFB0, SFP0, SDB1, SDP1, SDB3, SDP3, SFA1, SFB1, SFP1), and the objective function is the beam loss after kicking the beam with the pinger. The idea is to minimize beam loss at a given kick. The Sextupole families used as otpmization knobs are freely varied by the RCDS algorithm. Other families (SDA2, SDB2, SDP2, SFA2, SFB2, SFP2, by default) are reserved for chromaticity correction, and the changes in these magnets strengths are chosen to keep chromaticity is unchanged.
