Select CS-Studio distribution #1

What CS-Studio distribution should we use? We need to compare available functionality and select one, or eventually learn how to prepare a custom distribution from source code.

Downloaded SNS 4.1.0. We can use it for now and someday create a custom distribution with LNLS preconfigured values.
