Delete Sirius V500 example model #11

This model is broken. (dont know why). It should be deleted eventually.

@xresende, the model is used in tests.cpp. Should we delete it anyway?

it is still there as an example model on how to create lattice objects, @afonsoharuo . Eventually we should update the lattice version of this example and fix the bug while doing so.
